The traction rope is pulled outwards to drive the synchronizing wheel and the first small planet gear which rotate coaxially with the winding disc to rotate, the second large planet gear and the first small planet gear interact to drive the tensioning wheel to rotate coaxially, the tensioning wheel and the synchronizing wheel rotate inwards at the same time, and the safety rope penetrates through a middle threading hole to drive the tensioning wheel to rotate coaxially. The tensioning wheel and the synchronous wheel generate relatively upward acting force on the safety rope to move upwards to implement sel
