A vital capacity training device comprises a transparent pipe, a floating ball, an air blowing pipe and a breather pipe. The right end of the breather pipe is bent, the transparent pipe is a single blind pipe with a sealed bottom, and the transparent pipe is fixed at the lower part of the breather pipe and is communicated with the breather pipe; the floating ball is placed in the transparent pipe, and the air blowing pipe is connected to the left end of the breather pipe.
