The system is characterized in that one end of the three-way pipe is connected with a first pipeline, the free end of the first pipeline is communicated with the bleeder, the other end of the three-way pipe is connected with a second pipeline, the free end of the second pipeline is communicated with the main tank, and the first pipeline and the second pipeline are each provided with an electric adjusting valve.
