Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a quick disassembly and assembly type nut which comprises a first half nut and a second half nut, the first half nut comprises a first fixed end and a first closed end, and the second half nut comprises a second fixed end and a second closed end; the first fixed end and the second fixed end are hinged through a pin shaft after being stacked; the first closed end is provided with a first notch; the first closed end is provided with concave openings at the two ends of the first notch, and the two ends of a rotating shaft are embedded into the concave openings in a sliding mode from the first notch. A locking bolt hole is formed in the center of the rotating shaft; a second notch is formed in the second closed end; a locking handle is attached to the second closed end and connected to a locking bolt, and the locking bolt penetrates through the second notch and then is screwed into the locking bolt hole. When the closed end of the first half nut is tightly attached to the closed end of
