The two locking structures are connected to the two sides of the valve rod correspondingly. The ratchet wheel is connected to the middle of the lead screw in a sleeving mode, the two locking structures in circumferential symmetry are connected to the two sides of the ratchet wheel, the forward rotation direction and the reverse rotation direction of the ratchet wheel are limited through the two locking structures, the lead screw is prevented from spinning and loosening after rotation adjustment is conducted on the lead screw, and the stability of the device in the using
