Supporting frames are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the top of the rear end of the frame. The driving device comprises a power part, a first transmission part and a second transmission part, the power part is arranged above the front end of the frame, the first transmission part is rotationally arranged above the front end of the frame, the first transmission part is connected with the output end of the power part through a chain wheel and a chain, and the second transmission part is rotationally arranged on the supporting frame; the second transmission part is connected with the first transmission part through a chain wheel chain; the two ends of the take-up and pay-off shaft are detachably connected with the second transmission parts on the supporting frame respectively.
