Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a planetary differential fixing rule flying shears, which is a suggested technical proposal used for adapting rolled-steel section high velocity shearing. A planet differential gear is arranged between the direct current electric motor and the flying shears body which is connected with one output shaft of the differential gear, a dynamo-electric brake is arranged on the clutch, and the other output shaft end is provided with a dynamo-electric brake. The two brakes are alternative braked, which can make the flying shears in a starting type working mode with the continuous running condition of the electric motor. The solution can reduce the cost of the high-speed flying shears, increase shearing speed and be used for the cropping or scale multiple length shearing of high speed rolled-steel section assembly line. |
