The top cover structure comprises a cover plate assembly, a pole, a connecting block and a connecting piece, the pole and the connecting block are arranged on the two opposite sides of the cover plate assembly respectively, the connecting piece is arranged on the side, close to the pole, of the cover plate assembly, the pole can penetrate through the cover plate assembly to be connected with the connecting block, the other end of the pole is connected with the connecting piece, and then the connecting piece is connected with a corresponding tab on a core package. Therefore, the electric core can be charged and discharged smoothly. The connecting piece and the pole are integrally formed, other locking accessories are not needed during assembly, the assembly process is saved, and the manufacturing cost is saved. The fusing hole is formed in the connecting piece, so that when the
