A check block is fixedly installed in the middle of an inner cavity of the connecting pipe, a reinforcing block is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the left side of the check block, a limiting groove is formed in the middle of the outer surface of the right side of the check block, a first rack ring plate is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the right side of the check block, and a second rack ring plate is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the left end of the water guide pipe.
