The outer wall ALC plate hoisting clamp comprises a hoisting beam, clamping mechanisms and a supporting assembly, the clamping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the hoisting beam, each clamping mechanism comprises a connecting frame, a first upper connecting rod, a second upper connecting rod, an X-shaped hinged connecting rod, a supporting rod, a sliding sleeve and a clamping plate, and the supporting assembly comprises a vertical telescopic rod, a horizontal telescopic rod and a horizontal supporting plate. The two vertical telescopic rods are oppositely and fixedly arranged on the opposite sides of the two clamping plates, the upper ends of the vertical telescopic rods are connected with the corresponding sliding sleeves, the lower end of each vertical telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a horizontal telescopic rod, and the telescopic ends of the two opposite horizontal telescopic rods are connected with horizontal supporting plates.
