A variable-speed stirring reaction kettle comprises a kettle body arranged outside, a support arranged at the bottom end of the kettle body, a stirring shaft mounted in the middle of the kettle body, a planetary gear set mounted in the middle of the stirring shaft, second stirring blades symmetrically mounted on the planetary gear set, a reinforcing mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism, reinforcing mechanisms connected with the stirring shaft are mounted at the two ends of the second stirring blade; a plurality of auxiliary mechanisms are mounted on the side wall of the kettle body; the reinforcing mechanism comprises a cross beam, connecting rods, mounting holes and bearings, the connecting rods are symmetrically mounted at the bottoms of the two ends of the cross beam, and the bottom ends of the connecting rods are connected with the end parts of the second stirring blades through fixing bolts.
