Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a soil detecting and dissolving device which comprises a fixing frame, the top end of a connecting cylinder is clamped with the interior of the bottom end of a screening cylinder, a soil screening mechanism is installed on an installation base in the middle of the fixing frame, and the screening mechanism comprises a servo motor, a first rotating rod, a first connecting rod and a screening rod. The servo motor is in threaded connection with a mounting base in the middle of the support, an output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with one end of a first rotating rod through a coupler, a first connecting rod is in threaded connection with the interior of the top end of the first rotating rod, a plurality of screening rods are evenly welded to the bottom end of the first connecting rod, and the side walls of the bottom ends of the screening rods are in sliding connection with the top face of the screening disc. The screening disc is installed in the top end of the connecti
