A desulfurization device for a cement plant is characterized in that a feed pump is mounted on a feed port pipeline of a mother liquor tank, a discharge port of the mother liquor tank is respectively communicated with a first feed pump and a second feed pump, outlets of the first feed pump and the second feed pump are communicated with a finished product storage tank, and a water inlet of the finished product storage tank is communicated with a plant water pipe network; an outlet of the finished product storage tank is respectively communicated with the first feeding tower pump and the second feeding tower pump, outlets of the first feeding tower pump and the second feeding tower pump are respectively communicated with a return pipe and a water pipe of the finished product storage tank, an outlet of the return pipe is communicated with a return port of the finished product storage tank, and the water pipe is respectively communicated with a water inlet of each spray gun. The spray guns are uniformly distribut
