The connecting structure is arranged on the cylinder body, the cylinder body is detachably connected with the collecting bottle through the connecting structure, a communicating channel is formed in the cylinder body, a first communicating opening and a second communicating opening are formed in the two ends of the cylinder body, and the first communicating opening and the second communicating opening are communicated with the communicating channel at the same time; the air suction opening is communicated with a suction unit, so that negative pressure is formed in the communicating channel, and the second communicating opening is communicated with the collecting bottle.
