The mounting flange and the supporting ring are connected to the end, away from the locking disc, of the locking piece, one end of the supporting ring is fixedly connected with the taper pin, the other end of the supporting ring is a free end, the mounting flange is in threaded connection with a locking rod, and the locking rod abuts against one end of the supporting ring.
