The lifting type high support for the petroleum drilling machine derrick comprises a telescopic column and a single-stage oil cylinder vertically arranged beside the telescopic column, the telescopic column comprises an upper stand column, a middle stand column and a lower stand column which are connected in a sleeved mode layer by layer from inside to outside, the upper end of the upper stand column is fixedly connected with a top beam, and the lower end of the lower stand column is fixedly connected with a base. The lower portion of the upper stand column, the upper portion of the lower stand column and the upper portion and the lower portion of the middle stand column are each provided with a positioning hole used for inserting a positioning pin. First supporting bases are arranged at the positions, close to the upper end and the lower end, of the outer surface of the lower stand column.
