The motor iron core structure comprises a stator iron core and a rotor iron core, the stator iron core is formed by stacking a plurality of stator punching sheets, the rotor iron core is formed by stacking a plurality of rotor punching sheets, the stator punching sheets are provided with 36 stator slots which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the stator punching sheets, and the rotor punching sheets are provided with a plurality of rotor slots which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the stator punching sheets. The rotor punching sheet is provided with 44 rotor slots which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotor punching sheet, and the rotor slots are closed slots. An insulating gasket is arranged between every two adjacent stator punching sheets, the plurality of stator punching sheets are spirally overlapped to form a stator core, the deviation angles of any two adjacent stator punching sheets in the radial direc
