The motor stator comprises an iron core and a heat dissipation ring, the iron core is a hollow cylinder, and a coil is wound on the circumferential side face of the iron core; the heat dissipation ring covers the outer peripheral side of the iron core, a copper pipe is wound between the inner peripheral side of the heat dissipation ring and the outer peripheral side of the iron core, and a liquid inlet pipe opening and a liquid outlet pipe opening of the copper pipe are exposed out of the outer side of the heat dissipation ring.
