Zusammenfassung:	According to the integration of the engine oil pump and the vacuum pump, the oil pump and the vacuum pump share one shell, and the engine drives a driving shaft of the oil pump through a ratchet wheel or a belt pulley and the like; the driving shaft is in interference connection with the rotor to drive the oil pump rotor to rotate so as to drive the oil pump to operate; the oil pump driving shaft drives the vacuum pump rotor to rotate through the coupler, and therefore the oil pump and the vacuum pump can work simultaneously. The vacuum pump and the oil pump are integrated together, the positive effect on compactness and light weight of an engine is achieved, the cavity is formed in the vacuum pump rotor, the plane is arranged on the outer portion of the vacuum pump rotor, and the rotor can be made to be light weight on the premise that sufficient strength and smooth operation are guaranteed.
