The driving mechanism drives the two crushing rollers to synchronously and relatively rotate, first cooling water channels are formed in the two crushing rollers and penetrate through the crushing rollers, water inlets of the first cooling water channels are connected with the cooling water supply mechanism, and water outlets of the first cooling water channels are connected with the cooling water supply mechanism or the water recycling mechanism; and heat insulation plates surround the peripheries of the working surf
