The detection head is provided with a detection surface or two detection surfaces which are symmetrically arranged up and down, and array eddy current detection sensors are arranged on the detection surfaces. Due to the design of the movable connecting component, flaw detection personnel can ensure that the detection head is attached to the surface of the rail bottom and cannot tilt up only by exerting upward lifting force on the hand during working, and the lifting-off situation is reduced.
