A sliding rail is arranged at the bottom of the sliding plate, a sliding groove matched with the sliding rail is formed in the inner side of the top of the fixing plate, a driving motor is installed at the top of the sliding plate, turning plates are connected to the two sides of the interior of the protective cover through hinges, a containing groove is formed in one side of each turning plate, and an air spring rod is connected to the inner side of each containing groove through a rotating shaft base.
