Zusammenfassung:	The automatic heat sealing device comprises a coiled material film and a machine frame, an unwinding mechanism, a hot pressing mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a controller are arranged on the machine frame, the coiled material film is conveyed to the position below the hot pressing mechanism around the unwinding mechanism, the hot pressing mechanism comprises a lifting hot pressing plate, the cutting mechanism comprises a cutter which horizontally reciprocates, and the conveying mechanism is connected with the controller. The conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt rotating below the hot-pressing mechanism and the cutting mechanism, a first sensor and a second sensor are arranged on the conveying mechanism, the rotating conveying belt drives the spaced microwell plates to advance through a plurality of partition plates, and after the first sensor detects that the microwell plates are in place, the second sensor drives the microwell plates to move forwards.
