The ECU is connected with the unit controller through a CAN bus, the unit controller is connected with the remote server side through the GPS module, the rotating speed sensor is used for detecting the rotating speed of a crankshaft of an engine, and when the rotating speed of the crankshaft is larger than a set rotating speed threshold value, the unit controller enables the engine to stop through the ECU.
