The lifting device and the infrared sensor are arranged on one side of the base, the main control unit is located in the base, and the infrared sensor and the lifting device are both electrically connected with the main control unit; a warning lamp is arranged at the end, away from the base, of the lifting device, the lifting device is of an umbrella rib structure, when the infrared sensor detects that the well lid is lost, the lifting device can be controlled to rise through the main control unit, the warning lamp is turned on, meanwhile, the lifting device is of the umbrella rib structure, and an inspection well with the lost well lid can be covered with the lifting device. Pedestrians are prevented from falling into the inspection well, passing vehicles are warned through the rising warning lamp, and therefore effective protection can be achieved after the well lid
