An outlet in the upper part of the dry-method filler tank is connected with the sulfur collector, an outlet in the lower part of the dry-method filler tank is controllably connected with the waste collector, and the dry-method filler tank is also controllably connected with the biogas input pipe and the air input pipe; outlets of the sulfur collector and the waste collector are respectively connected with the biological filter, and the biological filter is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet and is used for completing denitrification and dephosphorization of sewage treatment. S and Fe2S3 in the biological filter of the device are used as inorganic electron donors, NO2 , NO3 and the like are reduced into N2 under the action of autotrophic denitrify
