One end of the clutch rod 11 is fixed by a pin 7 which is used as the rotating shaft of the clutch rod 11. One end of the stop block 4 is fixed by the pin which is provided with a torsion spring and is connected with the end. The other end of the stop block 4 extends to the ratchet 10 of the cam 9. The clutch rod 11 is provided with a projecting braking rod 5 which is butted on the stop block 4. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, reliable motion.
