The valve plate (2) is connected with the driving axle (5) of the valve plate. The through hole surface and the blind hole surface of the valve plate (2) are respectively provided with a metal sealing ring (13). Thus the valve plate has simple entire structure and the processing technology performance is good. Meanwhile, the planeness of the valve plate (2) is improved to enable the sealing performance to be more reliable. The installation and the maintenance are easy and the technology requirements of the using conditions are satisfied.
