The bearing pressing plate covers the front side of the bearing, the dustproof cover is fixed to the front end of the bearing pressing plate, an annular oil seal groove is formed in the front end of the bearing pressing plate, the framework oil seal is arranged in the annular oil seal groove, and the framework oil seal is clamped between the inner side wall of the annular oil seal groove and the rotating shaft.
