Zusammenfassung:	A rotary friction type damper comprises a first fixed friction plate and a second fixed friction plate, the two fixed friction plates are oppositely arranged, round grooves are formed in the middles of the opposite side faces of the two fixed friction plates, and guide grooves which are communicated with the round grooves and form side face openings of the fixed friction plates are formed in one sides of the round grooves; after the first fixed friction plate and the second fixed friction plate are attached, the circular groove and the guide groove form a cavity with a side opening; the rotatable friction plate is circular and is pivotally connected to the center of the cavity formed by the first fixed friction plate and the second fixed friction plate through a rotating shaft arranged at the center, the thickness of the rotatable friction plate is matched with the depth of the cavity, and the rotatable friction plate is in contact with the first fixed friction plate and the second fixed friction plate; the o
