Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a dividing device which comprises a body, a driving part, a limiting part and a mounting part, and the mounting part is rotatably arranged on the body and used for mounting a workpiece; the driving part is arranged on the body and connected with the mounting part so as to drive the mounting part to move between a fixing position and an extending position in the first direction, and the limiting part is arranged on the body so as to fix the mounting part when the mounting part is located at the fixing position; and when the mounting part is located at the extending position, the mounting part is clamped and fixed with the driving part, so that the driving part can drive the mounting part to rotate in the circumferential direction of the mounting part. According to the indexing device, the operation difficulty during workpiece transposition can be reduced, the time required for transposition and positioning is shortened, and the machining speed and the working efficiency are improved.
