The pulley comprises a pulley body, a pulley shaft and a mounting assembly; the mounting assembly comprises a horizontal base plate, two side plates and fasteners; two side plates are mounted on the lower bottom surface of the horizontal substrate; stepped holes with circular cross sections are formed in the outer side surfaces of the side plates; the fastener is a T-shaped limiting column, and an axis groove is coaxially formed in the narrow end of the T-shaped limiting column. The T-shaped limiting column is installed in the stepped hole in a matched mode, and openings of the two axis grooves are opposite. The pulley shaft penetrates through an inner hole of the pulley body, and the two ends of the pulley shaft are correspondingly installed in the axis grooves in a matched mode. The T-shaped limiting columns are
