The track is arranged at the top of the highway tunnel, the section of the track is C-shaped, and the opening part of the track faces downwards. The machine body comprises a driving walking mechanism and a driven walking mechanism, and the driving walking mechanism and the driven walking mechanism are connected through a cross beam; a vertical pipe is vertically arranged below the cross beam, and a rack is arranged at the lower end of the vertical pipe. An upper shell and a lower shell cover the outer portion of the machine frame. The left end and the right end of the interior of the upper shell are each provided with a laser distance measuring sensor and an emergency stop switch.
