The lacrimal passage drainage tube comprises a tube body, a first guide needle and a second guide needle, a first connector and a second connector are fixedly inserted into the two ends of the tube body respectively, and the outer end of the first connector and the outer end of the second connector are integrally connected with a first blocking plate and a second blocking plate respectively. The drainage tube has the advantages that the first guide needle and the second guide needle which can be taken down in a rotating mode are adopted, after the tube body is installed, the first guide needle and the second guide needle can be taken down in a rotating mode, secondary use after later disinfection is facilitated, the problem that a traditional drainage tube guide needle cannot be recycled is solved, waste is reduced, and meanwhile the drainage tube is convenient to use. After the first guide needle and the second guide needle are removed, the second threaded column of the second connector can be rotatably inse
