The energy releasing unit comprises a low-temperature pump, a seawater heater and an expansion unit. And the ORC unit is connected with the energy storage unit so as to utilize the low-grade cold energy of the LNG. In the electricity consumption trough period, the cold energy of the LNG and the cold energy of the liquid propane jointly liquefy the compressed air, and energy is stored. In the peak period of electricity utilization, liquid air releases energy to generate electricity, and propane recycles cold energy of LNG.
