The anti-blocking mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a stirring rod and a discharging rod, and the bottom end of the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the top end of the material carrying frame. By arranging the anti-blocking mechanism, the driving assembly is started to drive the stirring rod and the discharging rod to rotate, so that plastic particles in the material carrying frame gradually fall under the stirring of the stirring rod and are slowly conveyed downwards along the material conveying pipe under the rotary conveying of
