A solid-state relay comprises an input circuit and a switching circuit, the input circuit outputs a control signal to conduct the switching circuit, the solid-state relay further comprises a current detection circuit connected with the input circuit, the current detection circuit comprises a sampling circuit, a current overload judgment and delay circuit and an input signal shielding circuit, the sampling circuit is connected with a main loop, and the input signal shielding circuit is connected with the main loop. The current overload judging and time-delay circuit is connected with the sampling circuit and used for judging whether overload current signals exist in a main loop or not, and the input signal shielding circuit connected with the input circuit is driven by the current overload judging and time-delay circuit.
