The hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, a hydraulic pump, an execution element, an electric control-manual switching valve, an electric control hydraulic subsystem and a manual control hydraulic subsystem. An oil inlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with the oil tank, an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with the electric control-manual switching valve, and the electric control-manual switching valve is connected with the electric control hydraulic subsystem and the manual control hydraulic subsystem. When the electric control-manual switching valve is in a first working position, outlet hydraulic oil of the hydraulic pump flows into the electric control hydraulic subsystem, and at the moment, a hydraulic system of the harvester is in an electric control mode; and when the electric control-manual switching valve is located at the second working position, the outlet hydraulic oil of the hydraulic pump flows in
