Zusammenfassung:	A novel tensioning and vertical pulling device of a belt conveyor comprises a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel which are arranged in a matched mode, and an adjusting part is arranged between the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel. The adjusting part comprises a movable wheel arranged between the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, the movable wheel is arranged on a movable plate, a hanging rod is arranged on the lower portion of the movable plate, a positioning baffle is arranged in the direction, away from the movable wheel, of the hanging rod, the hanging rod penetrates through the positioning baffle, a positioning nut is arranged on the hanging rod, and the movable wheel is arranged on the movable plate. The positioning nut is arranged on the side, away from the movable wheel, of the positioning baffle.
