The adhesive dispensing module comprises a plurality of adhesive dispensing needle cylinders; and a bracket; the bracket is provided with a plurality of channels; each channel is used for accommodating a dispensing needle cylinder; the orientations of the plurality of channels are different; when the glue dispensing needle cylinder is arranged in the channel, the glue dispensing needle cylinder is connected with the channel in a clamping manner; and each channel is used for guiding the glue outlet direction of the corresponding dispensing needle cylinder according to the direction of the channel. According to the embodiment of the invention, the glue dispensing needle cylinders are arranged in the channels with different orientations, and the glue outlet directions of the glue dispensing needle cylinders are guided in different directions, so that glue dispensing treatment can be carried out on a plurality of glue dispensing grooves with different notc
