The first adjusting shaft, the first conical spring, the first displacement adjusting cylinder, the first screw rod, the adjusting cylinder, the second screw rod, the second displacement adjusting cylinder, the second conical spring and the second adjusting shaft are sequentially arranged between the auxiliary wheel and the driving wheel side by side. The circulating chain is arranged between the driving wheel and the auxiliary wheel in a surrounding mode, the rotating device is used for driving the driving wheel to rotate, and one end of the first adjusting shaft is rotationally connected with the auxiliary wheel.
