The inner circulation cooling pipeline and the outer circulation cooling pipeline are both controlled by the control system, the inner circulation cooling pipeline is connected in parallel to the outer circulation cooling pipeline through the heat exchanger, the inner circulation cooling pipeline is communicated with a heat release flowing channel of the heat exchanger, and the outer circulation cooling pipeline is communicated with a heat absorption flowing channel of the heat exchanger.
