Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a hot-pressing die of a thin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) high-frequency copper-clad plate, which comprises an upper die plate, a lower die plate and a PTFE high-frequency copper-clad plate, a first demoulding cushion layer, a second layer of copper foil for the PTFE high-frequency copper-clad plate, a third layer of PTFE sheet, a fourth layer of copper foil for the PTFE high-frequency copper-clad plate and a fifth demoulding cushion layer are sequentially overlaid on the lower die plate, an upper mold plate is arranged on the fifth demolding cushion layer; the hot-pressing die is combined with a die frame arranged around the hot-pressing die and then is fixed on the steel bearing disc; the bearing disc comprises a bearing disc body and spring clamps, the spring clamps are distributed on the periphery of the hot-pressing die, the top ends of the spring clamps are slightly higher than the upper die plate, and displacement of the hot-pressing die can be blocked and limited.
