Reinforcing sleeves communicate with the outer walls of the two ends of the mounting cylinder, adjusting rods are inserted into the tops and the bottoms of the reinforcing sleeves, extrusion pads are arranged at the bottoms of the adjusting rods, the lower surfaces of the extrusion pads are attached to the outer walls of the first cooling pipe and the second cooling pipe, and a protection structure is arranged in an inner cavity of the mounting cylinder.
