Zusammenfassung:	An upper connector and a lower connector are connected to the two ends of a central pipe in a sleeved mode respectively, a liquid inlet hole is drilled in the end, close to a connecting sleeve, of the central pipe, and a connecting cylinder is connected to the central pipe in a sleeved mode and connected with the upper connector through a first pin. The connecting sleeve is connected to the central pipe in a sleeved mode and connected with the connecting cylinder, the hydraulic sleeve assembly is connected to the central pipe in a sleeved mode and connected with the connecting sleeve, and the rubber sleeve assembly is connected to the central pipe in a sleeved mode and connected with the hydraulic sleeve assembly. The connecting cylinder, the connecting sleeve, the hydraulic sleeve assembly and the rubber sleeve assembly are located between the upper connector and the lower connector, the float collar is connected to the center pipe in a sleeving mode and arranged in the direction close to the lower connector
