Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a grid installation clamping jaw device based on visual inspection, which is characterized in that a back plate grabbing position and a back plate installation position on an installation site are acquired in advance through a visual inspection module, and then a back plate clamping assembly is driven by a back plate driving assembly to reciprocate between the back plate grabbing position and the back plate installation position; therefore, the material taking and placing process of the back plate is completed. Compared with a traditional manual mode, due to introduction of the visual detection module and mechanical design of the backboard driving assembly, on one hand, the efficiency is higher, and the time cost and the labor cost can be saved; and on the other hand, positioning is more accurate, misoperation risks can be avoided, and the yield and the finished product quality are improved.
