The faucet inner core comprises an inner core body, a support and a sealing ring, the inner core body is provided with a valve element installation base, a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe, and a cold water inlet, a hot water inlet, a mixed water outlet and a horizontal water outlet channel are formed in the valve element installation base; a long-strip-shaped water passing groove is formed in the side wall of the valve element installation base in a sinking mode, the horizontal water outlet channel is communicated with the lower end of the long-strip-shaped water passing groove, the upper end of the long-strip-shaped water passing groove is communicated with a water outlet pipe of the faucet shell, and a lifting water path is formed between the upper end and the lower end of the long-strip-shaped water passing groove and located in a ring of the sealing ring. The sealing ring is installed on the long-strip-shaped water passing groove through the support, the outer side wall of the sealing rin
