The damping piece is used for relieving vibration of the front end of the anchor rod, and the damping piece and the tail end of the anchor rod are poured and fixed in the primary lining layer; a plurality of damping buffer pieces are connected between the primary lining layer and the secondary lining layer and are radially distributed along the cross section of the tunnel, one end of each damping buffer piece is fixedly connected with the primary lining layer, and the other
