The device comprises a shell provided with a sound-light alarm unit, and the shell is magnetically connected with a magnetic attraction base through a plurality of first magnets at the bottom; a display screen and a head lamp are arranged on the outer surface of the shell, a gas detection sensor is arranged on a side plate on one side of the shell, and a main switch and a head lamp switch are arranged at the top of the shell; the bottom of the display screen is hinged to the shell through a rotating shaft, a tension spring is arranged on the side wall of the display screen and connected with a side plate on one side of the shell, and a limiting switch is arranged at the position, corresponding to the upper portion of the display screen, of the shell. The sound-light alarm unit, the display screen, the head lamp, the gas detection sensor, the main switch, the head lamp switch and the li
