A guide groove is formed in the upper end of the horizontal adjusting plate, two opposite guide rods are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the guide groove, the guide rods are sleeved with first guide rings and second guide rings, springs are fixedly connected between the first guide rings and the second guide rings, and clamping plates are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the two second guide rings; the opposite faces of the two clamping plates are each provided with
